WHAT IS THIS ROLE ALL ABOUT?
We are seeking a Creative Marketing Manager to oversee the end-to-end creative production and optimization of our Performance Marketing creative and be a central resource for our external creative agency partners. We believe the key to great creative is a balance of art and science; Creative Instinct with data informed insights is key to producing breakthrough creative.
You’ll be joining a highly creative and productive team tackling the performance marketing pipeline, designer management, process definition, vendor management, resource planning, and workback schedules
A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A CREATIVE MANAGER:
- Manage and streamline global performance marketing pipeline – Work with the UA team and UA designers to create, assess, and iterate on ad creative through the entire funnel.
- Getting, engaging and developing the best people – Weekly one-on-ones and regular daily contact with team. Creating and monitoring individual development plans for their people. Directly giving guidance and feedback and working quickly to ensure any issues or problems with behavior/outcomes get addressed.
- Build relationships with outside partners, vendors, contractors – organize and execute on vendor projects, strengthen partner relationships in and outside of the Digital Marketing team
- Managing current and new workflow process for team– Assessing current workflow process. Ensure optimal performance in workflow and iterate and improve upon current workflows. Create new workflows when required for new products and experiences.
- Resource planning and design workback schedules – Balance resources and tasks along business priorities to maximize efficiencies. Develop creative workback schedules within overarching schedules to ensure proper internal development cycle and internal reviews.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- 5+ years of Relevant Marketing Related Experience
- 1+ years people management experience
- Experience or familiarity with Performance Marketing
- Experience in PC, console, or mobile games marketing preferred
- Creative agency, media agency, or consulting agency experience preferred
- Creative design experience
- Performance Marketing Data Analysis
