Combine your passion for writing with marketing by joining our Ecommerce team as a Content Specialist. In this role, you'll craft dynamic, inventive, and SEO-optimized product listings for online retail platforms, including Amazon.com and others. You’ll also assist our B2B content management team to build content that positions our products and improves retail experiences.

What you'll do:

  • Craft product descriptions optimized for various online sales platforms
  • Assist with writing advertising materials, email marketing campaigns, video scripts, and occasional articles for an audience of retailers
  • Identify and gather research and info needed for all writing projects, including staying up-to-date with emergent features offered by major online platform CMS
  • Collect and report analytics and data as advised by content manager

What you'll bring:

  • BA in Communications, Advertising, Creative Writing/English, or related field
  • Strong understanding marketing, SEO principles and ecommerce platforms
  • 2+ years professional experience writing for one or more of the following areas: ecommerce platforms, advertising, sales materials, product packaging and promotional materials
  • Accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong time management and organizational skills and the ability to learn and adapt quickly
  • Self-motivated with ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks within specified timeframes
  • Excellent communications skills both written and verbal and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently, in a team environment, and across departmental lines
  • Willingness to take constructive feedback that will result in modifications of original work
  • Strong familiarity with Magic: The Gathering and Dungeons & Dragons preferred
