That’s where you come in!

What You'll Do:

  • Update schedules and assignments in Smartsheet, working from inputs from Managers and Producers.

  • Collect incoming one-off design request requirements.
  • Own the weekly team update status — OOOs, product status, event notices.
  • You can bring the 'chill' to our fast-paced environment.
  • Grow, over time, into the primary producer on smaller projects such as, but not limited to: logos, posters, textiles.

What You'll Bring:

  • 2+ yrs experience within project management/production in a marketing or creative environment.
  • An organized and meticulous orientation, with a strong eye towards detail and precision.
  • Ability to identify and build efficiencies to further streamline processes.

  • Clear and direct communication with excellent written and verbal skills.
  • You thrive working in a creative, diverse, and multifaceted environment.
