We are seeking an Associate Digital Product Manager to join our ranks and help build the future of the realm! In our ever-changing digital world, we are growing our digital teams.
As an Associate Digital Product Manager, this individual will aid the Digital Product Manager in the executing product concepts and technological capabilities for the DTC channel. If you are passionate about the world of digital retail and have experience in a similar role, please read on!
What you'll do:
- You will support the digital product management team implement planned sprint actions
- You will uniquely position yourself to understand the market and customers in which you operate
- You will manage the collation of data, documentation and assets between us and our 3rd party agencies
- You’ll undertake QA testing of our web-platform
- You will assist with things such as running reports, collating data for product set up, keep a track of PO’s and deliveries, etc.
- You will use project management and efficiency tools to aid the execution and development of digital products
- Work with multiple departments to establish detailed and prioritised requirements and translate them into user stories
- You’ll work on simultaneous projects at one time

- You can contribute to the design of new features and solutions to deliver world leading and value add products to our customers
- You can collaborate with cross functional commercial and technical teams to understand our customers’ needs
- You have a degree level education
- You have experience in eCommerce or Direct-To-Consumer channels
- You can collect and analyze data, and relay it back to the team in a clear and concise manner
- You love communicating, listening and solving complex and constantly evolving problems and opportunities
- Strong understanding of the product development and QA processes
- You are passionate about problem solving and a strong desire to learn through hands on experience
- You will simplify complex challenges and propose solutions
- You are agile and flexible when we need to be able to adapt to a changing environment
- You have digital know-how – a familiarity and eagerness to learn about emerging platforms, retailers, apps, and shopping experiences
- Able to work effectively to meet deadlines through and with others
- You will have an inquisitive nature, be keen to learn, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- You should have strong data handling skills, including a good solid understanding of Microsoft Office and other applications
