We're looking for an intellectually curious Associate Data Analyst with a strong analytics skillset and experience with data automation. In this role, you will use your problem solution skills, intellectual curiosity, and love of learning, to innovate and manage the standardization of various data inputs to help synthesize consumer, game, and industry sources. The meaningful insights and visualizations you build will ultimately inform critical decisions throughout the organization.

What You'll Do

  • Responsible for building custom ETL tools to consolidate our diverse datasets into a centralized location, and for standardizing, cleaning, and validating all proprietary and third-party / syndicated data and formats
  • Work with large, complex datasets to solve difficult, non-routine analysis problems, applying advanced analytical methods, as needed
  • Develop, maintain, and distribute dashboards and reports that drive consistent access to self-service insights
  • Contribute to executive summaries, and present insights / recommendations to internal teams and partners

What You'll Bring

  • 1+ years of work experience in data analysis or related field
  • Proficiency with SQL required
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required
  • Experience with R, Python, and/or SPSS preferred
  • Knowledge of Tableau and PowerBI a plus
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas in an efficient and compelling way
  • Practical understanding of digital gaming and digital entertainment services
  • Knowledge of Magic: The Gathering and Dungeons & Dragons a plus

EDUCATION AND TRAINING

  • BS/BA degree in a quantitative subject area (e.g., statistics, economics, computational biology, computer science, mathematics, physics, etc.), or related coursework
