Founded in May of 2017, we began with a clear mission - to become a leading esports organisation in the United Kingdom - and all of Europe - within two years. The first step in our mission was to field a quality, exciting esports product, beginning with League of Legends and then expanding to other titles.

Nowadays we operate successful rosters in various titles such as Rainbow Six Siege, Rocket League, FIFA and many more that proudly represent us in online and LAN events across Europe.

Striving to expand our operations further, we are currently looking for a Sponsorship Manager to join our team.

Position Description:

  • Perform extensive market analysis for the purpose of establishing a pipeline of prospective organisational partners
  • Devise sales materials in the form of pitch decks and customised sponsorship proposals
  • Reach out to prospects, negotiate and close sponsorship deals
  • Input, constantly update and analyse the sales activity in a CRM platform of your choice
  • Onboard clients and perform account management duties through continuous communication and contract fulfilment
  • Liaise with our Content Team to design and execute activation campaigns
  • Report directly to the CEO

Requirements:

  • Familiar with the sponsorship dynamics in the esports industry
  • You have experience working on sponsorship planning and sales in the esports or wider sports and entertainment field
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a great attention to detail
  • Ability to handle projects independently from start to finish
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Network of business contacts that could be leveraged to facilitate partnership opportunities is a big plus

Please note that despite this position not being salaried, you would get a 30% commission of the total monetary amount of any deal that you successfully negotiate on our behalf.
