We're looking for a hardworking and passionate Senior Operations Coordinator and Executive Assistant, to join Wildlife's Business Operations team in São Paulo, Brazil.

As a Senior Operations Coordinator, you'll be the right arm of the Business Development VP, supporting all the area's priorities. The incumbent will provide any support needed to ensure we will run our operations smoothly. You’ll work directly with our executives that are working on news strategies for the company and will assist them in the performance of their duties, managing information and performing administrative tasks.

We know that the work we do has a high impact on our company's success and culture. The right person for this position is curious by nature, and comfortable in a "take the initiative" environment, loves solving problems, and can thrive in a fast and growing business.

What you'll do

  • Lead central operational initiatives of the area, from the design to implementation;
  • Monitoring and preparation of executive's meetings;
  • Coordination of agendas and commitments;
  • Support with logistics requests such as travelling and events.

What you'll need

  • Be passionate about caring people;
  • Be proactivity and hands-on;
  • Be curious and willing to learn and search for alternatives paths;
  • Have fluent English (must);
  • Computer skills (excel, powerpoint, internet. etc);
  • Have a previous and solid professional experience as Executive Assistant or Operations Coordinator;
  • Have great communication skills.
