We're looking for a talented and passionate Senior Change Management to join Wildlife's Data Governance team in São Paulo, Brazil.
You will be part of the Data Governance Strategy structure, being responsible for processes related to Change Management and Communication. Defining and executing the Change Management strategy, aiming to facilitate the adoption of the federated data model in the business units and understanding their pains and needs.

What you'll do
- Understand the main needs and pains of the business areas
- Evolve the implementation model according to the feedbacks collected
- Promote communication about the federated governance model with all company
- Define the Change Management strategy to implement the new data governance model
- Implement the adoption model in the business units
- Promote the data governance events
