We're looking for a talented and passionate Scrum Master, to join Wildlife's Data Governance team in São Paulo, Brazil.

You will be part of the Data Management structure, being responsible for the training of the team in Agile Methodology, maintaining the team following Agile rituals. You will also be responsible for the creation and support of team indicators.

What you'll do

  • You will lead the Data Governance team in the use of Agile methodology and scrum practices;
  • Be the reference in Scrum method and help the manager or product owner with the agile framework;
  • Disseminate the methodology within the team, providing coaching and education about the framework where needed;
  • Monitoring the team's performance, work to find the points that hinder the progress of the project and resolve them;
  • Keeping the Scrum team in order and ensuring the smooth functioning of the steps, during the meetings should help the team by identifying and solving any problems that may arise in the development routine;
  • Protect the team from any interference that may arise in the day-to-day of the development team;
  • Control the backlog and input of new activities for the team.

What you'll need

  • Complete academic degree in related areas;
  • Experience as Scrum Master/Agile Master in Agile Teams.
  • Skills to facilitate ceremonies and manage conflicts;
  • Use of Agile Metrics and that help in the construction of KPI's of the teams;
  • Critical and analytical view, pointing and working on improvements for the team throughout the Scrum cycle.
  • Knowledge in JIRA and Confluence (differential);
  • Good communication and willingness to teach, learn and transform.

  • You have the expertise to propose innovative solutions to old problems;
  • Motivated and experienced in disseminating Agile culture to the company;
