We're looking for a talented and passionate Product Marketing Manager to join Wildlife's User Acquisition team in São Paulo, Brazil.

As a PMM you'll be responsible for the distribution performance of the game you serve. You'll be the connection between game teams and the distribution areas who work on different disciplines to attract players (e.g. paid UA, organic UA, creatives production, platform relations).

What you'll do

  • Create distribution plans: Based on inputs from game and distribution teams, define distribution targets for the game and the initiatives to deliver on those targets. Coordinate the efforts across distribution for each game release and events planned by game teams;
  • Manage performance: Monitor and analyze the game's distribution performance, explaining main variations and finding opportunities for optimization across distribution. Report performance and findings to game teams and other stakeholders.
  • Give game specific input to distribution areas: the PMM should know the game vision and audience, which enables it to bring game specific inputs that will improve distribution performance for each game (e.g. packaging and storytelling for the game, target countries).

Outcomes

In 3 months:

  • Understand the game vision and audience
  • Deliver on 3 months targets to be agreed upon
  • Give visibility on performance to game teams and drive course correction when necessary

In 6 months:

  • Define 1-year distribution targets and initiatives for the game
  • Translate the game calendar (new relevant features and events) to the distribution plans, ensuring the execution of game specific initiatives across distribution

In 12 months:

  • Deliver on targets for the game
  • Build rapport with all distribution areas and the Game Director, enabling a very consistent workflow.

What you'll need

  • Solid experience- 3-5+ years, ideally in marketing management or user acquisition;
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills;
  • Great at influencing people.
