We are looking for a Business Analyst to join Wildlife's Corporate Tech team in São Paulo, Brazil.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst Professional to work with the Inventory Tech team and business partners to organize, source, negotiate and manage agreements for technology-related products and services. This individual will ensure satisfaction by delivering industry best in class pricing and outstanding vendor performance.

What you'll do

  • Leads commercial negotiations and issue resolution with IT suppliers and third parties.
  • Assessing current contract and vendor performance and health, identifying new contract or vendor resources, developing and negotiating contract terms, monitoring contract performance, etc.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key business, operations, and technology stakeholders.
  • Support stakeholders in building requirements, evaluating requests, and provide feedback on vendors to facilitate selection.
  • Conduct periodic vendor spends analysis and identify sourcing improvement and cost savings opportunities.
  • Participate in IT Focused project meetings to include working with designated managers and subject matter experts in identifying requirements and providing research and viable options/alternatives for goods and services.

What you'll need

  • 2 years minimum of IT procurement experience required.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently to meet deadlines, goals, and objectives.
  • Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail.
  • English.
