About the Team

In Creatives Intelligence, we are responsible for creating the best performing ads for our games. We need to be constantly studying our competitors’ strategies and mobile gaming marketing trends, testing our new ads, and analyzing all the performance data we have from both tests and live campaigns. A big factor for the success of a game is how well it is promoted - this is mainly determined by the quality of its ads, so our team is focused on always having new and great performing ads for Wildlife's games. Through different types of analysis, the team has complete autonomy to prioritize tests to confirm the hypothesis, which brings value to the marketing team. Because of the nature of the app market, this team must always adapt to the new external inputs, which makes the work very dynamic.

About the Role

We are looking for a Head of Product Marketing Management that will be responsible for creating distribution strategies for our games and gathering market information for Wildlife. On the game distribution strategies, this professional's role is to analyze the product's performance, understand major gaps and opportunities per channel, and design action plans to improve results. We believe that this person in this role will have strong interactions both with our User Acquisition and Product teams - with UA to align media buyers' movements to a broader game strategy and with Product to push growth levers that depend on product development.

What you'll do

  • Identify and implement best practices in the mobile app promotion industry
  • (AdTech platforms, other marketers, test hypotheses internally)
  • Obtain information about competitors' moves
  • (launches, channel/creative strategies, new businesses)
  • Understand market trends
  • (genre movements, user tracking, analytics, monetization, organic strategies, app store policies & algorithms, seasonality trends, geo-specific nuisances, new markets)

What you'll need

  • Relevant bachelor’s degree;
  • Related experience in other companies;
  • Work close to product and marketing teams;
  • Ability with extraction and synthesis of data and information into actionable insights;
  • Be open minded, flexible, autonomous, and capable of leading cross-functional discussions.
