We're looking for a hardworking and passionate Events Senior Analyst, to join Wildlife's Events team in São Paulo, Brazil.

As an Events Senior Analyst, you'll provide any support needed to ensure we will run our events smoothly. You'll work on our most special occasions, such as Company-wide events & Initiatives: Parties, Games launch, Hackathon, and Swag Kits

What you'll do

  • Bring new ideas;
  • Create a draft of the script and storyline of the event to ensure that agenda is clear and aligned with our strategy;
  • Support with logistics requests such as send swag kits and order food;
  • Assess the quality of our swags;
  • Negotiate and manage vendors;
  • Coordinate efforts with internal and external partners to make the Late Night Surprise happen (exclusive for Hackathon);
  • Align the event with internal stakeholders such as the IT and Facilities departments and other;
  • Make follow-up of the activities on the roadmap with the respective stakeholders;
  • Open tickets to request support to other teams;
  • Support the manager with the budget management;
  • Submit invoices to for Payment;
  • Keep all the files organized;
  • Place the request for meal vouchers through platforms such as Caju and IFood;
  • Provide assistance to the employees by answering questions.

What you'll need

  • Be passionate about events
  • Be proactivity and hands-on
  • Be curious and willing to learn and search for alternatives paths
  • Have Advanced English. Spanish is desired
  • Nice to have excel skills (or to be willing to learn)
  • Have a previous and solid professional experience in Events is desired
  • Have great communication skills
