We Are Nations, a leader in global eSports merchandising and licensing, seeks an operations manager in Nashville TN.

This is an opportunity for an "inside operator" to shine and be part of the current explosion in eSports worldwide. Though this is a new company, We Are Nations is not a start-up, as its sister company and founders have more than 25 years experience in music and entertainment merchandising.

Duties will include:

• Coordinating with the company's business development and sales teams to insure all sales and other revenue opportunities are properly integrated with the company's production and and finance teams.
• Coordinating with company's 3rd party licensees to insure sales and revenue opportunities are met in each licensee's territory, that the licensees are in compliance with their agreements and integrated with the company production and finance teams as applicable.
• Negotiate and maintain key manufacturing, supplier, distribution and other vendor relations
• Oversee royalty and affiliate accounting for all of the company licensees and stakeholders
• Be a key team member in executing on company initiatives worldwide.

Some extra details:

• Job is based in Nashville, reports to company COO
• Job will require international travel
• Previous experience in apparel and consumer products production is preferred.
• Previous experience in supply-chain and logistics is required.
• Gaming experience not necessary, but someone versed in DOTA, Call of Duty, League of Legends, Counter Strike and other vide games currently being played competitively will help immensely.
