We are looking for a Content Manager to join our team. The team will rely on your superb writing and editing skills. You'll oversee all visual and written content for multichannel efforts. Using data and feedback from users, you'll continually evaluate and enhance the value of our written materials, videos, websites, and communication channels. We are looking for content that will attract, retain, and engage our Data Alliance Network.

Reports To

Position will be reporting to Director of BI Operations

What will you do?

  • Align with multiple stakeholders to manage an editorial calendar, as well as create content initiatives that are in line with business priorities
  • Develop and execute a content strategy that encompasses the goals of the Data Alliance Network (DAN).
  • Cooperate with the community manager and BI team to create content and monitor its effectiveness over time
  • Maintain a content marketing calendar that schedules all aspects of the creation and delivery of content throughout the year
  • Understand company communication channels and optimize content delivery strategy to reach a maximum number of users.
  • Stay abreast of current best practices in the industry
  • Editing monthly call videos and sharing with DAN community
  • Analyze content performance, output, and optimize for effectiveness. Prepare informative reports on your findings

What are we looking for?

  • At least three to four years of Content Management experience or in a similar role
  • Ability to conceive fresh and appealing ideas for new content that establishes or supports the team brand identity
  • Keen eye for small details and exceptional problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a good command of the English and Russian language
  • Extremely computer literate
  • Exceptional organization skills
  • Advanced written communication skills and an ability to read copy in English and Russian
  • Experience with social media engagement strategies and best practices
  • Strong skills in creating original content that targets a specific audience and meets team objective
  • Basic technical knowledge of MS Office 365
