As a Technical Artist you will interact with both artists and engineers in order to integrate new tech and upgrade content creating pipeline. You will also provide support of content during all stages of creation. We are aiming to increase the performance and appearance of our product. What will you do?
- Collaborate with programmers and artists to develop and test new features, and provide useful feedback during R&D phases
- Optimize content through profiling and enhancing performance with the help of diagnostic tools best practices
- Establish content requirements and support its creation
- Support content creation thru all pipeline
- Evaluate Artists' needs and develop tools for better content creating
What are we looking for?
- 3+ years as a technical artist
- Experience with modern game engines (UE4, Unity, Frostbite, Snowdrop, etc.)
- Experience profiling performance and memory within game engines
- Comfortable in a range of content creation software including Maya, Photoshop, Zbrush/Mudbox, Substance Painter.
- Scripting skills with MEL/Python/C#
- Knowledge of PBR
- Developing in C++ and\or HLSL
What additional skills will make you stand out?
- Russian language knowledge (spoken, verbal, written)
