Job Overview

Wargaming Prague is looking for experienced Illustrator to join our creative team. This opportunity offers high potential for skill development and artistic growth.

You’ll be responsible for creating wide variety of work – complex illustrations, backgrounds with use of photo textures, 3D overpaints, sketches and concepts within current and upcoming titles.

To be considered for this position please present us your portfolio with at least one photorealistic environment work and one hand drawing.

Successful candidate will be required to relocate to Prague, Czech Republic. Wargaming Prague provides assistance during relocation process.

Reports To

The Illustrator will report to the 2D Art Lead

What will you do?

  • Create digital illustrations of environment, assets and characters in polished, highly photorealistic style.
  • Create concept art and quick sketches
  • Layout mock-ups and previews
  • Collaborate with the team on both large and small size of tasks
  • Research, gather, support the team by producing various desired visuals as needed
  • Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate

What are we looking for?

  • High proficiency in Photoshop
  • Ability to create very photorealistic work
  • Good attention to detail, colors and composition
  • Self-motivation to learn, with continual drive for personal development
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written

What additional skills will help you stand out?

  • Experience with Matte Painting
  • Experience working with 3D
  • Experience in Adobe Illustrator
