As an HR Manager / HR Business Partner you will be responsible for 2-3 engineering/game development teams, closely cooperate with team management to develop and support an efficient talent management system, as well as to increase the team members’ engagement and job satisfaction.

Reports to:

This position reports to Wargaming Kyiv’s HR Director.

What will you do?

  • Build trusting relationships with team managers, coach them on people management practices and tools
  • Ensure the quality implementation of main HR processes: onboarding, learning and development, performance management, compensation & benefits, exit management, monitor and cultivate employee engagement, support mental health& employee wellbeing projects.
  • Manage employee relations, acting as an escalation and resolution point in employee relation disputes
  • Lead on the talent strategy and headcount planning for the team, working closely with the Talent Acquisition team
  • Boost corporate culture via teambuilding and team spirit activities.

What are we looking for?

  • 5+ years of work experience, at least 2 years as HR BP, People partner, HR Manager in an IT company with 100+ team members;
  • Practical experience and knowledge of best practices for base HR functions (adaptation, development, evaluation, motivational climate management, rewards etc);
  • Able to engage and influence managers and stakeholders
  • Collaborative mindset to achieve results
  • Ability to prioritize and focus in a fast paced, dynamic and multicultural environment
  • Ability to analyze data, understand trends and develop recommendations for action based on the analysis
  • Mature personality, resilient and comfortable with change and ambiguity
  • Upper Intermediate level English (both written and spoken), Fluent Russian.

What additional skills will help you stand out?

  • Experienced facilitator, certified coach
  • Being interested in the videogame industry and having a gaming experience.

Currently we are working on a mostly remote basis, visiting the office in Kyiv Podil district is required a few times per month. Back to full-time office or hybrid mode is planned in 3-6 month period.
