Wargaming is looking for a Billing Support Specialist to join us in making our players happy.
Billing Support department helps our users in resolving issues related to payments: failed and erroneous payments, inability to make payments, refunds, cancellations and many other "monetary" nuances. Account security is another area of responsibility for Account Support professionals. Simply put, we help users protect their account, stop fraudulent activity and, if necessary, restore game property.
What are you going to do:
- Support company's MMO games (World of Tanks, World of Warplanes, World of Warships, World of Tanks Blitz, etc.).
- Communicate with a multilingual audience on issues related to accounts and payments.
Who are we looking for:
- secondary or higher education (students of part-time education, as well as the last courses)
- knowledge of German and English at the Intermediate level and above
- good written Russian
- readiness for a shift work schedule: 2/2, 08:00–20:00 (GMT +3)
What will be a plus:
- experience of working with users
- knowledge of Wargaming products
- gaming experience in projects of different genres
- knowledge of payment systems (Paypal, WebMoney, Yandex Money)
- experience with Outlook
