What will be your main challenges?

We are looking for talent interested in creating something bigger ! To succeed in this role, you will need to have a good understanding of the mobile gaming market (hyper casual market in particular) and the social media and influencer marketing landscape.

  • Create performing ads on mobile formats
  • Benchmark ads from competitors
  • Bring new ad ideas and canvas
  • Collect and track information around each creative produced
  • Analyze creative performances on acquisition channels (Facebook, Google Adwords...)

What do we expect?

  • You have excellent skills in Adobe After Effects
  • You are creative and you have a hacker mindset
  • You have strong marketing skills
  • You speak and write fluently French and English
  • Good knowledge of hyper casual
  • Meticulous work, cheerfulness and strong team spirit

What is our team about?

Our core team mission is to try and redefine influencer marketing in the hyper casual industry. We work with over 100 content creators who send us promotional videos about the games. Your main mission will be to scan and select their most innovative content and produce high performing ads for our clients.

What is our recruitment process?

Our recruitment process typically includes a call with our recruitment team, as well as interviews with your future manager and team members focusing on job fit. We will focus on your soft skills through values fit interviews that will determine if your values are compatible with ours. Lastly, a test/case study will feature at some point in your process.
