What will be your main challenges?
- Part of the Talent Acquisition team, working directly with the TAM, hiring managers and candidates
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Ensure that our ATS (Lever) is used consistently
- Manage our job postings
- Document and centralize our processes
- Handle requests and queries appropriately in a professional and timely manner
- Improve candidate experience
- Train the team and our hiring managers to new tools, etc
What do we expect?
- You have an extensive experience as a coordinator or team assistant
- You know how to work in a start-up & fast paced environment
- You have great analytical and organizational skills
- You are detail oriented
- You are fluent in English and French
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Exemplary planning and time management skills
