What will be your main challenges?

  • Part of the Talent Acquisition team, working directly with the TAM, hiring managers and candidates
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
  • Ensure that our ATS (Lever) is used consistently
  • Manage our job postings
  • Document and centralize our processes
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately in a professional and timely manner
  • Improve candidate experience
  • Train the team and our hiring managers to new tools, etc

What do we expect?

  • You have an extensive experience as a coordinator or team assistant
  • You know how to work in a start-up & fast paced environment
  • You have great analytical and organizational skills
  • You are detail oriented
  • You are fluent in English and French
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Exemplary planning and time management skills

What is our recruitment process?
