Responsibilities

Hypercasual growth is one of the core teams at Voodoo, composed of highly talented individuals who operate at a super high pace to advertise and monetize the games and apps we launch. It is a highly strategic function in the company.

After 4 years of extremely strong growth, there is a need to strengthen the leadership of the team (60 people). You will become the right-arm of the Head of Growth.

The team is composed of 3 core business functions: User Acquisition, Ad Monetization, Creative teams.

  • Report directly to Head of Growth, or to a certain C-Level executive depending on the project
  • Help to structure and scale the growth team
  • Challenge, formalise, and ensure good execution of the strategy
  • Accompany the Head of Growth in managing and ensuring excellence of adds operations (UA, Ad Monet, Creatives)
  • Increase the effectiveness of our Growth team and cascading initiatives down at all levels (streamline processes and communication)
  • Make sure all stakeholders are aligned on strategic project and report on advancement and performance
  • Coordinate key projects with internal functions (tech project mainly) and external partners.
  • Follow up on all strategic meetings and make sure teams roll out key initiatives and decisions
  • Monitor business KPIs and strategic projects, support financial report

What do we expect?

  • Top tier consulting firm solid experience
  • Business or engineering school or strong quantitative background (statistics, mathematics...)
  • +4 years experience in the ad tech industry, knowledge of the ad tech ecosystem
  • Analytical and quantitative skills
  • English : bilingual
  • Deep strategic and systemic thinking
  • Versatile mind, able to learn fast and challenge business as usual operations
  • Organizational and people management skills
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
