Role

Our team mission is to deliver a fresh and unique mobile experience on the market for a non-gamer audience, by identifying and creating our own segment where we will be the leaders with the capabilities of Voodoo.

As the Product Manager, you will be responsible of the overall product performance and user experience and engagement in the games. In collaboration with the Game Lead, you will develop the product vision, positioning, and customer segmentation to drive product strategy, meet goals, and drive revenue.

Challenges

  • You will forecast and own product goals for retention and early game LTV
  • You will own spec writing and partner with designers and artists to create enticing core experiences
  • You will analyze how specific user experiences affect retention/monetization and optimize those experiences
  • You will perform strategic planning of CX roadmap, making tradeoffs between scope of work, delivery dates, and business goals
  • You will set up A/B tests to validate creative ideas and inform future development
  • You will analyze data and translate findings into actionable next steps
  • You will create tuning for features that cause user delight and is compatible with underlying game economy
  • You will monitor the competitive landscape to understand market opportunities and industry trends

Must Have

  • 5+ years experience as a Product Manager required, including at least 2 years working on live f2p games
  • Passionate about games and digital products, and crafting fun/compelling user experiences
  • Comfortable walking the line between data and intuition; able to make good decisions with less than perfect data
  • Strong sense of understanding of what makes a good player journey
  • Eye for detail and polish in user interfaces
  • An advocate for strategy which takes user research, data, and industry trends into account, while being comfortable taking calculated risks
  • Excellent at problem solving
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Collaborative, team player that thrives in cross-discipline teams
  • Fluent in English
