What will be your main challenges?
- Define target integration model for recently acquired companies
- Lead integration process while coordinating various stakeholders
- Define milestones & monitor the progress of the integration
- Identify and assess potential synergies and risks
- Manage operational projects to ensure value creation
- Develop best practices & tools for future integrations
- Report directly to the CEO
What do we expect?
- At least 5 years of experience in management consulting, with strong exposure to Operations (preferably PMI projects)
- Excellent interpersonal skills; able to adapt communication style to interact effectively with a wide range of counterparts across cultures and seniority
- Outstanding organisational skills
- Ability to prioritize and to remain composed in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with the technology and internet sectors; passionate about gaming
- Enthusiastic, proactive, accountable, and detail-oriented
- Fluent in French and English
What is your team about?
You will be part of the Strategy Team, working alongside the CEO and Chief of Staff, and work hand in hand with teams from recently acquired companies to facilitate integration and develop synergies.
