What will be your main challenges?
- Oversee the delivery of tier 1,2 and 3 Technical support and Professional Services engagements to a base of worldwide customers. This includes supporting Sales activities, onboarding new customers, overseeing implementation projects, and post-go-live adoption in collaboration with Product, R&D, Customer Success, and Customer Support.
- Partner closely with Sales and Customer Success to define customer adoption, growth, and success strategies aligned to customers' businessobjectives.
- Establish a strategic roadmap to scale Professional Services including new and updated services offerings, resourcing, team enablement, project governance, and sales and delivery oversight.
- Hire, onboard, and develop a world-class team of technical support professionals and escalation engineers.
- Drive the optimal performance of team members, including coaching and mentoring as required, and build capacity models to staff the team accordingly.
- Ensure a seamless transition of customers from pre-sales to implementation to go-live and adoption. Closely collaborate with Customer Success to ensure maximum adoption and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and implement metrics to track success across pre-sales, sales, onboarding and post-onboarding, and drive satisfaction and engagement while delivering on client expectations.
- Responsible for achieving strategic targets including team utilization, product adoption, customer satisfaction, customer business value, team development, employee engagement, operational innovation and excellence.
- Deliver implementation, onboarding, integration, consulting, and ongoing technical services to help customers realize the full potential of Bidshake’s product offerings.
What do we expect?
- 5+ years of relevant B2B SaaS Professional Services leadership experience in a high-growth, startup environment.
- Familiarity with Media buying, mobile user acquisition and/or campaign management and analytics
- Strong working knowledge of key Professional Services metrics such as revenue, margin, contract conversion, product adoption, etc.
- Strong program, project, and process management skills; preferably project management certified.
- Prior experience leading software and/or SaaS client implementations, either as a vendor or customer.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to negotiate solutions to complex issues that satisfy the needs of a diverse group of constituents.
- Experience working with R&D teams, bug escalation processes, prioritization and delivery of technical solutions through direct client interaction
- Executive-level communication with customer-facing experience and confidence in presenting both technical solutions and business impact.
