What will be your main challenges?
As an intermediate Game Designer, you’ll work on gathering requirements and ideas from stakeholders in the team for specific feature needs the casual game has. You’ll be responsible for generating and presenting the most feasible and elegant conclusion of this process to the team and ready it for implementation. You’ll own features from ideation until verification after implementation. You’ll also be involved in the generation and implementation of content for our live-operated games pipelines.
What will you do?
- Generate ideas within the constraints of the game’s vision and limitations to reach consensus between stakeholders
- Finalize specifications for dedicated features and communicate these to the team efficiently
- Assist the team in updating their live game(s) with novel playable content within a set cadence
What do we expect?
- You have at least 2 years of professional experience as a game designer-
- You have experience working on mobile games
- You have strong knowledge of designing features that make sense within live casual game
- You are proactive in your communication and are used to collect feedback from stakeholders to iterate on your concepts
- You are comfortable working in a highly agile environment
- You are enthusiastic about working on mobile games for a casual audience
- You have excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
What other competences would be ideal to have?
- You have a knack for User Experience design
- You have a technical background in information technology (programming)
