Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate on the end-to-end design process from initial research and discovery to final implementation and iteration.
  • Work with the design team and your partner engineers to define and prioritize design requirements focused on user-centered experiences.
  • Demo and explain design divisions to stakeholders, clearly explaining the rationale behind your choices and how they align with user needs.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designers to effectively execute on design concepts and interactions. (Fingma)
  • Contribute to helping develop and maintaining the design system to ensure consistency and scalability across the app and web surfaces.
  • Confused user research and usability testing at every step to gather insights and iterate on design solutions.
  • Maintain clear communication and alignment between cross-functional teams, ensuring a cohesive design vision.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Expertise in creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs in Figma.
  • Experience developing and maintaining design systems.
  • Exceptional user research and usability testing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, focus on iteration.
  • Able to give and take constructive feedback from all team members.

Pay Ranges from $50-$100 hourly with the opportunity to convert to full-time based on performance. Please reach out if you have any questions or concerns.
