Lifecycle Marketing at Voicemod 👥

Voicemod’s Lifecycle Marketing team is responsible for nurturing users at every stage of their experience with our products (currently a desktop application with a variety of mobile and web add-ons). We own Voicemod’s email and in-app communication channels and have large stakes in improving our user’s experience. The Lifecycle Marketing team uses a data-first approach to understanding users and developing timely and relevant communications for them. We believe in building trust with our users at every touchpoint, creating long-term, loyal customers and advocates. About The Role 💡

As a Lifecycle Marketer, you will support the team in key initiatives to boost user set-up, activation, engagement, and retention. You’ll develop and implement email and in-app journeys as well as a regular email newsletter program, which you’ll fully own and drive. You’ll be our main driver for punctual communications with users (feature updates, news, surveys, etc.), and own the Lifecycle Marketing calendar, keeping teams up to date on our campaigns, results and learnings.

This role requires proactive, cross-functional communication across Voicemod’s teams – especially, Marketing, Growth, Data, and Product teams. You’ll have both creative and technical aspects to your work – some days you’ll be analyzing segments and digging into data for the best way to optimize, and other days you’ll partake in creative brainstorms, write copy, and brief image and video assets.

What you'll do 💼

  • Own all punctual communications for the Lifecycle Marketing team
  • Own Lifecycle Marketing calendar, reporting on results and learnings and thinking critically about improvements
  • Project manage to create campaigns from start to finish, including briefing creative teams, copywriting, collecting feedback, implementing emails and in-apps using HTML, testing and QAing, results tracking, sharing, and iterating
  • A/B testing and optimization
  • Segmentation, data analysis, dashboard creation and behavioral segmentation
  • Monitor and evaluate campaigns using data, enable continuous improvement
  • Use of marketing automations tool (Iterable) for campaign implementation
  • Suggest innovations and testing opportunities

What you'll need 🦄

  • 1-2 years in a Lifecycle Marketing/CRM role, ideally in a tech company
  • Excellency in written and spoken English
  • An ownership mentality with a hands-on spirit towards execution
  • Strong organization, project management, and time-management skills
  • High capacity to interpret data, analyze problems and present solutions
  • Results-driven, logical thinking abilities and ability to question the status quo
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
  • Experience with marketing automations tools (we use Iterable), Amplitude, Looker, Google Analytics, Excel, Miro all highly valued
