What We Need

Working in partnership with Visual Concepts’ People Operations & leadership teams, the People Operations Coordinator will provide administrative support to our US employees. You have excellent customer service skills, build rapport quickly with employees, and have outstanding attention to detail and project management skills. The ideal candidate is process-driven, solution-focused, and has an incredible work ethic!

What You Will Do

  • Own new hire onboarding activities, including maintaining employee personnel files, reviewing background checks, processing new hires through the HRIS, and completing I-9s, all while ensuring compliance with Visual Concepts processes and policies
  • Executing on and documenting workflow and procedures, and proactively finding opportunities for process improvement
  • Work with People team generalists and People business partners to support organizations across Visual Concepts
  • Manage and organize data in a way that makes it reliable and consumable and allows the team to make insightful decisions
  • Create systems and processes that keep the team organized and armed with information
  • Develop communications and materials in support of company-wide initiatives
  • Partner with HR team, Finance, Payroll, Compliance, and third-party vendors, to deliver excellent service and support to VC employees during all aspects of the employee lifecycle
  • Assisting the People Operations team with various projects and initiatives as needed

Preferred Qualification & Experience

  • 2+ years of Human Resources experience, or work in related field
  • Excellent communicator both written and verbal to provide reliable and consumable information to the team and across the organization
  • Collaborative teammate with a curious mindset and a thirst for learning
  • Can problem solve and create innovative solutions
  • Organized with strong attention to detail and a passion for data (Excel Wizard skills a plus)
  • Strong project management skills to drive initiatives to completion
  • Phenomenal customer service skills with a passion for helping others
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is able to juggle competing priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Able to handle confidential matters and sensitive data
