To this end, we are seeking an experienced Senior Game Designer who can join our team and help pave the way towards our new goals.

Case Files (2017), Vampyr (2018), Assassin's Creed Liberation Remastered (2019), The Outer Worlds (2019), Marvel's Avengers (2020) and Horizon Zero Dawn : Complete Edition (2020).
As a Senior Game Designer, you will be responsible for developing and monitoring game systems, missions and interfaces (as well as the other interactive elements of the project) in order to bring the vision of the Creative Director into a playable experience. In a context of job creation within a well-established team, you will contribute to ambitious and growing projects.
Takes ownership of the game mechanics and strategies, makes a plan for how they should be used in game, and works closely with Programming, Animation and Designers to drive development towards the vision laid out by the Creative Director;
Create game systems that answer the needs of the Creative Director with regard to the targeted experience for the player, while observing the production directives of the game;
Standardize, document and communicate the systems to the game team. Regularly update documentation to offer a useful work reference to the whole team, at all time;
Participate actively to the production of prototypes in order to adjust and validate systems prior to starting production. Assess the success of prototypes by measuring how objectives are met;
Adjust the game to allow the player to elaborate valid strategies in phase with the experience sought (with balance in mind);
Define the tactics and challenges of the player to be used within the game missions;
Define the information needed by the player to make interesting choices and adapted to his/her situation in the game, interface or menus. Collaborate with Graphic, Audio, Programming and scripted event teams (and others) to ensure the optimal communication of this information;
Participate to the development of tools required to implement and adjust game systems in collaboration with Programmers;
Perform any other related tasks, as required.
A minimum of 4-5 years experience working within the game industry (Shipped at least 1 title).
Highly proficient in system design and game design;
Good project management skills , time management skills with a proven ability to focus on priorities, all while maintaining a positive outlook.
Ability to communicate effectively with different audiences on a broad range of topics, e.g. technical, business and creative (spoken and written)
Genuine interest and passion for games, especially strategy and/or board gaming.
A College Diploma or Degree in video game level design and production or equivalent work/educational experience.
Strategy or Deck building Game Design Experience ;
Experience in Game Balancing ;
Experience utilizing the Unity Game Engine;
Original IP development experience;
Experience in utilizing JIRA task management.
