Our French studio located in Cergy is specialized in co-development on Xbox, PlayStation and PC platforms, and contributed to Batman - Return to Arkham (2016), L.A. Noire : The V.R. Case Files (2017), Vampyr (2018), Assassin's Creed Liberation Remastered (2019), The Outer Worlds (2019), Marvel's Avengers (2020) and Horizon Zero Dawn : Complete Edition (2020).

Under the supervision of the IT Manager, the IT specialist will handle day to day issues within the studio (around 70 users) as a first point of contact for HelpDesk and infrastructure needs.

Responsabilities:

IT Office Administration

  • Guarantee the optimal functioning of application and business services of the Studio, maintenance of servers, switches, hypervisors (VMWARE & HYPER-V, printers, wifi)
  • Implement the design of solutions beneficial to our infrastructures with added value of continuity of services, performance, automation, innovation;
  • Manage the inventory of workstations & servers
  • Guarantee data backups and restoration (Symantec Backup)
  • Optimizing system and workstation product upgrades.

Operation & support

  • Supervise and analyze the infrastructure and take measures likely to improve the quality or productivity of services;
  • Deal with incidents, anomalies, internal requests and follow-up to their resolution;
  • Manage access rights to servers and applications based on profiles;
  • Deploy workstations, thin clients, and participate in the evolution of masters.

Technical working environment:

  • Virtualization - Hyper-V, Vmware.
  • Systems: Linux Debian & CentOS, Windows server, Windows
  • Applications: Exchange Server, LDAP AD, RDS 2012/2019, DPM 2012, Uniflow
  • Web services: Apache, IIS.
  • Databases: MySQL, SQL Server.
  • Scripting: Batch, Powershell.
  • Environments: On premise, Office 365.
  • Hardware: Any type of PC

Requirements:

  • BTS educational level (information system, Network administration)
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Sytem Administrator or Help Desk specialist
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 environment (TEAMS Brick, Exchange) and its administration in terms of DLP and AZURE synchronization
  • Have already deal with a firewall
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic computer technical issues
  • Familiarity with a wide range of standard office automation products
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills, customer service orientation, and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • French and English both written and spoken

Nice to have qualifications:

  • Master Degree in IT Management System or HelpDesk
  • Knowledge and experience with administrating Linux

Position:

Permanent contract located at Cergy, France. Partial work from home possible.
