This is a production, video and content creation role in gaming and virtual reality. Be ready to level up the organization and VR esports worldwide!

In this role we are looking specifically for someone who can create excellent top tier video assets.

This position will be working directly with game developers to successfully create mixed reality trailers and videos, as well as providing content for our social channels. For an example of what this looks like the most popular videos of this type are Beat Saber.

Editing work done remotely. Candidates either need to have access to a VR headset + filming setup themselves, or one will be provided for those in the Salt Lake City area.

This position will operate out of the Virtual Athletics League headquarters in Salt Lake City, UT. Most of the job can be performed remotely. Some equity in the company is also possible down the road. We are interested in those who have strong video creation and editing skills. We want to talk to those who are passionate and interested in gaming!

Requirements:

Candidates must have:

  • A good portfolio of previous work and a highlight reel
  • A demonstrated interest in gaming and an understanding of gamers as a target market.
  • Experience in adobe premiere or other video editing software
  • A desire to learn about mixed reality virtual reality creation.
  • An eye for content creation.
  • This is a 6 week full time contract role with the immediate opportunity to move into a salaried position post the 6 weeks.
