Your Mission
Your mission is to provide high-level administrative support. You’ll be integral in assisting the operations and administration teams. This roll requires an organized, flexible, and competent professional with phenomenal communication and personable skills.
- Purchasing for all office needs
- Process invoices
- Arrange travel, accommodation, itineraries, and correspondence related to arrangements
- Ensure timely prioritization and tracking tasks to completion
- Process reimbursement for applicable business expenses
- Answer phone and provide courteous assistance to employees and guests
- Assist operations team with special projects
- Update internal broadcast communication
Player Profile
- Must be a go-getter, ambitious team player, and a strong support advocate
- 3+ years of previous work experience in a professional office environment
- Highly organized
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook
- Ability to use Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible with ability to manage multiple tasks and juggle competing priorities efficiently
- Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred
- Proven ability to provide confidentiality and discretion, and act with excellent judgment
