Team Manager

Introduction & Task Description

As a Team Manager of Vexo’s R6 team, you will have a key part to play in the success of a Tier 1 team within the Vexo stable. Creating strong relationships within the team, you’ll support performance staff & other team management, maintain Vexo’s high standard, and ensure all involved in the team are great Vexo representatives. You’ll also be an important conduit between the team and the other departments that make up Vexo, ensuring that the legacy of performance that our team embodies is told widely.

Task Overview

• Contract negotiation with Staff and players
• Management of team operation (Team practice, Meeting with the coaching staff, and other duty assigned by the Esport direction)
• Manage all the traveling Logistics with our Legal team & Financial department (Visa, Accommodation, and etc.)
• Manage the day to day life of players ( Players Routine, Gameday Preparation, and other duty assigned by the Esport direction)
• Facilitate staff meeting, coaching, and development

Qualification required

• This job requires at least 2-5 years of experience in the esport industry or Sports industry as a Manager or any related position
• This job requires at least 1-2 years of experience in the Rainbow six siege Competitive Scene.
• The perfect candidate needs to have good networking & scouting methods and an eye for spotting talent.
• The perfect candidate must have good contract negotiation skills

Needed :

• Canadian or US resident
• Valid Passport
• Full vaccination
• Full driver license
• Speak & write in at least two languages (English is mandatory, French would be appreciated)
