QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, and other related fields is preferred
  • Possess good interpersonal skills
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Have reliable transportation
  • ZenDesk knowledge preferred
  • Excellent communication skills in verbal and written English

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Establish and build knowledge of the products and services we offer
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Process returns when applicable
  • Ensure that all orders are being handled timely
  • Assure customer satisfaction by tracking progress of orders and shipment
  • Provide instructions for returning products, issue RMA’s and shipping return labels when applicable.
