QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, and other related fields is preferred
- Possess good interpersonal skills
- At least 18 years of age
- Have reliable transportation
- ZenDesk knowledge preferred
- Excellent communication skills in verbal and written English
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Establish and build knowledge of the products and services we offer
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Process returns when applicable
- Ensure that all orders are being handled timely
- Assure customer satisfaction by tracking progress of orders and shipment
- Provide instructions for returning products, issue RMA’s and shipping return labels when applicable.
