Veloce is an esports organisation based in London, which has quickly become one of the leading Esports organisations in the UK, primarily operating in racing. With over 65+ champion gamers and the biggest content creators in the industry, Veloce is excited to continue strong growth in their third year, with a core focus on producing fun and engaging content across numerous gaming titles and platforms. Veloce also fully operates esports teams for an exciting list of brands and personalities, cross-pollinating the growth, and building the industry as a whole.

Veloce is looking for a Partnerships Director to help find new ways for the business to grow within the Esports sector. As the Partnerships Director at Veloce, you will help build and maintain current relationships. In the role, you will have the opportunity to grow the brand and identify new partners through leads and existing relationships.

We are looking for someone with strong partnerships experience to build on existing high level relationships in Europe and forge new partnerships to help drive business growth. The primary focus of the role will be to establish & maintain long term strategic partnerships.

What you will do...

  • Be the main representative at Veloce for our key partners
  • Build strong relationships with current partners and ensure deliverables are met
  • Be the go to expert for partnerships at Veloce, growing and managing your team
  • Identify new endemic and non-endemic partner relationships
  • Initiate, negotiate and execute agreements for multinational partnerships
  • Working with the design team to put together partnerships and pitch decks
  • Organise campaigns on the partners you will manage
  • Develop and improve routines, standards, and processes within the business
  • Travel domestically and overseas to visit key partners and attend industry events

We're looking for...

  • Several years worth of experience preferably but not exclusively within the gaming industry
  • 5+ years of partnership sales or business development experience
  • Ability to manage and develop international accounts and partnerships
  • Ability to work both operationally and strategically
  • Fluency in English, written and verbal
  • Willingness to continuously learn and improve
  • Ability to prioritise and get things done
  • Excellent team communication and people skills

Bonus skillsets we are looking for...

  • Someone with an interest in Motorsport, Esports and Formula 1
  • A previous track record of delivering high profile partner accounts
  • Technical knowledge around streaming, gaming content creation, and editing
  • Experience and knowledge of growing accounts through paid social campaigns
  • Digital & Content Marketing experience
  • Experience in writing copy or journalism
