Veloce is an esports organisation based in London, which has quickly become one of the leading Esports organisations in the UK, primarily operating in racing. With over 65+ champion gamers and the biggest content creators in the industry, Veloce is excited to continue strong growth in their third year, with a core focus on producing fun and engaging content across numerous gaming titles and platforms. Veloce also fully operates esports teams for an exciting list of brands and personalities, cross-pollinating the growth, and building the industry as a whole.
As the Office and Admin Coordinator, you will work closely with the Directors on diary management, booking meetings, scheduling travel and accommodation etc. You will also work closely with our sister company, Veloce Racing - Extreme E team.
What you will do…
- Act as first point of contact for the Directors of the company
- Working closely with the Directors and managing their diaries on a daily basis along with all meeting requests
- Attending company meetings and conferences taking minutes
- Keeping all office supplies in stock and up to date
- Oversee the company calendar, organise team meetings and events
- Support the team with booking travel and accommodation (UK and International)
- Provide a welcoming and friendly service as the first point of contact for in-bound emails and calls
- Assist with payroll and invoice matters
- Ensuring all confidential matters are kept private and confidential
We're looking for…
- Up to 3 years experience working in a previous office or admin role
- Excellent attention to detail
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills; including clear spoken and written English
- The ability to communicate professionally and effectively with people of various levels within the company and externally
- Second to none organisational skills and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to prioritise and multitask
- Strong experience in using G Suite
