Responsibilities

• Help scout players for Contenders
• Go through VODs and dissect minute details
• Use statistics to keep track of Solo Queue results and Open Division Results
• Work closely with management and other support staff
• Research other teams and regions for up-to-date scouting reports on meta, strategy, and play styles and how shifts may help the team discover new talent

Job Requirements

• Excellent written and spoken English
• High level critical and strategic thinking
• Understanding of Overwatch
• Ability to interview players and ascertain fit within program

Education and Relevant Job Experience

• Relevant education (BS) or work experience
• Basic video editing skills
• Basic knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint
