The position:
Valnet is on the lookout for an innovative and process-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator for two of our brands: TheGamer and Game Rant. This person will ensure new writers meet our quality standards and serve as the go-to resource for improving the experience of remote hires.
Are you highly motivated, and dedicated to developing great results, awesome content, as well as mentoring talent? If so, then you're going to fit right in. Under the supervision of the content directors, you will provide feedback on current recruiting standards as well as improve onboarding processes.

What you will be doing:
- Track and fill requests for new remote contributors for two of our brands: TheGamer and Game Rant.
- Onboard new contributors.
- Ensure new hires adhere to Valnet standards.
- Investigate and vet new freelance job boards.
- Work collaboratively with the managing editors, legal, and HR resources.
What you need to succeed:

- Ability to multitask, set priorities, and meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
