USC's School of Cinematic Arts is seeking an Administrative Budget Assistant to join its team. The Budget Assistant will assist faculty and staff in the Interactive Media & Games Division working on eSports and Social Mobile development education and research projects. They will manage project budgets, help produce budgets and proposals for grants and gifts, manage project outcomes, resources, and schedules, and help produce resources and needed materials for those projects and educational initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage gift and grant budgets dedicated to Social Mobile and eSports.
  • Manage employee payroll and vendor payments associated with Social Mobile and eSports.
  • Help create project proposals for further development of the Social Mobile and eSports initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Associates degree and 3 years of budget management or line producing experience required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, 4 plus years of budget management or line producing
  • Active interest or experience with the entertainment industry preferred
