We are currently looking for a Lead with a genuine passion for quality, to run our Quality Assurance team in Lithuania, specifically looking after our Verified Solutions Program. You will be responsible for directing a team of QA Engineers who, in turn, are dedicated to ensuring the very highest quality public releases of third party products known as Unity’s Verified Solutions (VS).
The team within the existing Release Engineering Quality Assurance team, focused on third party products. As the team leader, you will be able to build, develop and establish your area to help shape the future of Unity’s ecosystem of verified solutions. You will work directly with Unity’s Verified Solutions Providers spanning different industries such as Games, Automotive, Transportation & Manufacturing, Film, Animation & Cinematics and Architecture, Engineering & Construction, and Web 3. Your quality assurance experience combined with a technical background and leadership skills will enable you to excel in your role using cutting edge technologies serving 34 billion Made with Unity installs in the past 12 months.
What you'll be doing
Lead a team of software test engineers to ensure they execute on deliverables.
Manage, prioritise, and constantly improve verification standards, processes, methods, and tools for third party solutions.
Communicating directly to partners from exciting companies about their solutions, sharing best practices, and gathering feedback.
Partner with Unity’s QA, Product, and R&D teams to communicate cross-functional updates as it relates to our Verified Solutions Program. This will include many cross functional initiatives related to Asset Store supply.
Support our Verified Solution provider’s to release the best possible solutions for the Unity ecosystem.
Continuously evaluate which aspects of the manual quality assurance process can be automated in order scale the team’s efforts and facilitate the growth of the Verified Solutions Partnerships program.
Hold regular 1:1's and performance evaluation processes with team members.
Mentor, motivate, and ensure the growth and development of the team.
What we're looking for
A talent for presenting sophisticated information in a way that is easy to understand
Strong independent worker with ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects and requests simultaneously
Phenomenal communicator and problem-solver, with an eye for detail
Experience working and communicating with external partners
Creative and initiative to improve product coverage and efficiency
Proven track record of solid people and project management; advising a mixture of on-site, remote and international quality assurance engineers.
Proficient in both written and spoken English.

Utilizing project management software within an agile production or operative environment
Having implemented third party solutions within your (Unity) projects is icing on the cake.
