We are looking for a skilled Technical Program Manager who will work with engineering teams to drive feature development and align with cross-functional partners. You will ensure the voices of quality, product, marketing, design, and other key contributors are heard and represented.

What you’ll be doing

  • Coordinate with the development team(s) as well as product management to build and maintain a clear roadmap of development and technical demo projects
  • Good understanding of content and software production methodologies and deep empathy to improve team members’ ability to plan and deliver
  • Continuously iterate on production processes and methodologies in partnership with team leadership to improve our velocity, collaboration, and visibility
  • Foster an agile mentality through accommodating different needs for different teams
  • Circulate regular status updates to collaborators, providing a concise high-level view into teams’ progress against goals

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in software production/project management, working cross-functionally within an engineering organization (or equivalent related experience)
  • Results-oriented, organized and methodical, comfortable dealing with ambiguity
  • Comfortable with distilling available data from projects and user data to guide decisions and results.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, both written and oral, to speak to a diverse audience; a willingness to listen, identify and resolve differences among teammates
