We are a collaborative team focusing on the efficient processing of bugs coming from some of Unity’s biggest customers. We triage issues coming in from across the Unity code base; some we fix, some we raise with other teams and all form part of our detailed metrics. Our work covers everything from process management to data analytics to software development.
As part of the team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our software engineering efforts, in particular. Building on an existing collaboration with the Content Pipeline team, this role will help to deliver an improved bug-fixing service. The team values teaching, learning and dissemination: you will receive extensive training on C++ and code delivery.
