The Enterprise Deployment Team was built to address the usage needs from industries like Automotive, Healthcare, Architecture and others, where the infrastructure is more sophisticated than just a few users and computers.

Got a knack to put yourself in other people's shoes and translate their needs into solutions, passionate about Software Development, CI/CD and DevOps, and interested in understanding what it means to deploy software on Enterprise infrastructure? Come share that with us!

What you will be doing

  • Create reusable test infrastructure based on Enterprise environments to improve Unity's CI/CD
  • Add Enterprise-grade features to Licensing, Package Management and other parts of Unity
  • Aim for Agility nirvana

What we're looking for

  • Programming experience in at least one relevant programming language and frameworks: C+ (ideally) or C#, NodeJs, CI/CD
  • Interest in learning about DevOps
  • Relevant experience at a past internship, for an academic or personal project, or a research project.
  • Good communication and collaboration, both in person and via digital means.

You might also have

  • A passion for games, for 3D interactive experiences and simulations, for augmented and virtual reality
  • Any experience with Unity or other 3D game engines - even if it was only a weekend project!
  • Experience with deploying software to production for real users

What to expect from your internship at Unity

  • Duration: 15 or 16 weeks depending on your academic calendar. Start date May 2 or May 9 2022.
  • Mentorship: You'll be working simultaneously with a manager and a mentor to help you develop your skills throughout your internship.
  • Impact: Our interns are working right alongside full time team members on projects that have a lasting impact on our product and services.
  • Networking & Development: Learning activities, networking opportunities, and social events take place throughout the summer to enrich your internship experience.

Basic requirements - Canadian student cohort 2022

  • Current students pursuing a relevant degree, returning to their degree program for at least one semester, and graduating in December 2022 or in the year 2023.
