Come join Unity as an experienced full-cycle Senior Technical Recruiter contractor. You will be responsible for identifying, interviewing and closing positions in various departments for our fast-growing engineering and creative teams. We are a high energy and collaborative team that loves working with innovative recruiting tools while doing impactful work for the overall business!
Please note: this is a 6-month contract position within the team.
What you’ll be doing
- Drive your full-cycle recruiting process ensuring a smooth and positive candidate and hiring manager experience
- Build a pipeline of top talent through researching and sourcing prospects
- Qualify candidates for a technical and cultural fit
- Maintaining relationships with internal partners
- Drive offer process – including extending offers and closing candidates in a timely manner
What we’re looking for
- Experience with full-cycle technical recruiting
- Proven track record to recruit for a variety of roles and levels
- Possess a strong sense of how to identify top engineering talent and the initiative go after them, repeatedly
- Prior work with diversity and inclusion recruiting
- Experience with project-based or volume recruitment

- Prior recruiting focus in 3D technology or gaming
- Proven track record of success in corporate recruiting
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS and GEM
