What you'll be doing
- Drive full-cycle recruiting process ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Build a pipeline of top talent through researching and sourcing candidates
- Qualify candidates for technical and Unity values
- Maintaining relationships with internal partners
- Drive offer process – including extending offers, closing candidates
What we're looking for
- Experience with full-cycle technical recruiting
- Consistent record to recruit for variety of roles
- Prior work with diversity and inclusion recruiting
- Experience with high volume recruitment

- Experience working in a global recruiting environment
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS and/or GEM
