The opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Developer to join our UX Engineering team within the Authoring Tools and Technologies group. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards for our deliverables, with a focus on the SceneView workflows such as Overlays, Handles, Picking and EditorTools, and packages such as ProBuilder and Splines.

You will work closely with development teams to perform manual and automated testing, identify issues, and drive solutions that enhance the user experience across our platforms.

What you'll be doing

  • Perform comprehensive manual and automated testing on products developed by the UX Engineering team.

  • Develop, maintain and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for validating various components.

  • Analyze test results, identifying defects and areas of improvement.

  • Collaborate with UX designers, developers, and product managers to understand requirements and provide feedback on usability and performance.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and best practices.

What we're looking for

  • Prior working experience with Unity

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

  • Proven experience in both manual and automated testing methodologies.

  • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and the ability to provide actionable feedback.

You might also have

  • Experience developing automated test frameworks and automated tests

  • Solid background in computer science, data structures and algorithms

  • Experience with C#
