Come join our Education team! As a Certification Program manager, you will have the opportunity to support and improve Unity’s certification offerings for High School, Higher Education (college/post-secondary), and Professionals!

You will be responsible for building a certification that requires detailed research, accompanied by development, and maintenance of the exam. Additionally, you will manage the P&L of the Certification portfolio and find ways to improve the certification products at all times to consistently deliver value to our customers.

You will work extensively with Certification and supporting products Distribution Vendors to distribute certification and Education related products. He/She will enable the Unity Sales team, Unity Resellers, and Distributors to be successful by supporting them with Product needs, and also help our customers with Support needs.

What you’ll be doing

  • Work with Exam Distribution Vendors and manage Certification related products (including Certification exams, courseware, and practice tests)
  • Manage the P&L for the certification portfolio of products
  • Coordinating the recruitment and management of Subject Matter Experts for certification and other educational products
  • Help manage project timelines and roadmaps with direction from Product Managers
  • Provide insight on how Unity is used and could be used in Higher Education
  • Support help with Certification related inquiries from customers

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in the Certification industry and demonstrated interest in education
  • Experience in program or project management
  • Willingness to get the job done, pivoting when needed
  • 15 months supporting a Unity business or function
  • Technical Project Management skills with strong communication experience, both verbal and written.

  • Background in the gaming, internet, or high growth technology industry
