As the Senior Product Marketing Manager for Artist Tools, you will help Unity win as the real-time creation and development toolset preferred by artists across industries. You'll drive both adoption and revenue by delivering clear value propositions, messaging, and supporting collateral for products, features, and capabilities across roles, customer segments, and industries.

As the ideal candidate, you operate rapidly at both the strategic and tactical level. You drive for action but have the discipline to prioritize your own and downstream resources. You thrive in an environment where you work across teams, including product, sales, and various marketing channels, to bring your Go-to-Market plans to life. You're eager to learn, unphased by ambiguity, and are flexible around change.

Responsibilities

  • Identify target customers, their needs, and how Unity products will meet those needs while acting as a conduit for the voice of the customer to the product team and company
  • Identify market opportunities, conduct customer analysis, and build thoughtful, strategic, data-driven Go-to-Market plans that include key messaging development and tactical channel plans, while ensuring that all customer-facing teams are on-message
  • Own the growth of products across the customer lifecycle, from driving awareness and acquisition through retention and winback
  • Create and deliver complete marketing toolkits for tech, features, and capabilities that support workflows for visually oriented creators
  • Create and own a hub for artists/visually-oriented creators on the Unity website
  • Support regular product releases and key events with feature/tech-specific content

Requirements

  • Proven experience excelling at all responsibilities listed above
  • You are a team player who is able to mobilize cross-organization cooperation and alignment to execute marketing campaigns
  • You're obsessed with key metrics and you can identify which metrics matter and use them to make strategic decisions
  • You're passionate about customers and have experience engaging directly with customers, developing relationships with strategically important users, and you believe that it's your responsibility to act as their representative inside Unity
  • When in doubt, you take action - you're ultra-experienced but still feel you have something to learn from everyone you work with, at any level - you have the humility to ask for help and see mistakes as an opportunity for growth
