Our small but perfectly-formed multi-discipline team builds sample games and educational content, helping developers on their journey with Unity multiplayer.

We are a fun, autonomous and hardworking team based in Montreal and the UK. We love nothing more than a hard problem to tackle or a seemingly impossible challenge to overcome - but we look after ourselves, each other, and we don't do crunch. EVER!

As a samples developer, it's your job to construct technically sound projects with appeal, on a foundation of good multiplayer practice. Working closely with development teams, you'll build prototypes, patterns and examples using brand-new technology; helping to enable users and influence the product with your feedback.

A love of learning is also a key part of this role; spending time staying up-to-date with the latest multiplayer trends, new technologies and good practices.

What you’ll do

  • Establish and maintain a high-quality of project code and architecture.

  • Develop innovative ways to demonstrate good practice and showcase new technologies.

  • Devise ways to clearly communicate sophisticated technical concepts to users - through articles, documentation, examples etc.

  • Engage with the community to help them be successful and make sure we're developing the right things, to the right standard.

  • Build a working environment that supports your wellbeing and allows you to be at your best

What we’re looking for

  • Passion for Programming

  • Multiplayer and networking experience

  • Have worked in or around game development

  • Education - What do we mean by this as in the production of educational content or more the person's education?

  • Unity Engine experience

You might also have

  • Worked on or shipped a multiplayer game

  • Produced educational content

  • Skills in C, C++, C#
